		<description>Isn't it interesting that some locations just stimulate you?  I travel quite a bit and am always amazed that some locals just have a general vibe about them. 

A while ago I said that Palo Alto makes me feel smarter.  I imagine I'd get the same feeling in Chape Hill.</description>
